Paycom, one of the fastest growing online payroll and HR technology companies in the country, is pleased to announce an important addition to their senior leadership team. Kathy Oden-Hall has joined Paycom as its chief marketing officer and will office in Paycom’s corporate headquarters located in Oklahoma City. In her new role, Oden-Hall will be responsible for the marketing and public relations strategy for this innovative company.
“Kathy’s numerous years of experience in developing and driving corporate internal and external communication and marketing strategies for Fortune 500 companies will be a valuable asset to Paycom as we continue to capture more and more share of the Payroll and HR Technology market,” said Paycom Founder and CEO Chad Richison. “She will be responsible for leading the team that ensures our message is clear and our brand is strong.”
Oden-Hall worked in communications and marketing leadership roles for both Dell, Inc. and General Motors. She was most recently the owner of her own consulting firm, Oden-Hall PR+, where she worked with numerous Oklahoma companies and organizations, including Platt College, Creative Oklahoma, Downtown OKC, Inc. and Chesapeake. Her specialties include strategic public relations, marketing, employee communications, business communications, government relations, community relations, event planning and branding.

An Oklahoma native, Oden-Hall is originally from Muskogee. She received her bachelor’s degree in journalism/advertising from the University of Oklahoma. She’s a member of Leadership Oklahoma Class XXI and is President Elect of Infant Crisis Services. She and her husband, Andy Hall, live in Oklahoma City. Together they have four grown children.
