Paycom employees give $50,000 to Free Mom Hugs during Pride Month

Funds help expand programs for Oklahoma-based nonprofit

Oklahoma City | June 25, 2025

OKLAHOMA CITY (June 25, 2025) — Paycom Software, Inc. (NYSE: PAYC) (“Paycom”), a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, gave $50,000 to Free Mom Hugs through its employee giving program and company donation match. The donation supports Free Mom Hugs’ mission to uplift the LGBTQIA+ community through visibility and education by helping the Oklahoma-based nonprofit expand its programming.

“We not only support LGBTQIA+ visibility and advocacy but also reinforce a culture of belonging, gratitude and impact,” said Sara Cunningham, founder of Free Mom Hugs. “Our partnership with Paycom allows us to continue our work to develop and support allies around the country and provide programs that will educate society about the importance of celebrating the LGBTQIA+ community.”

Free Mom Hugs was founded in 2018 by Oklahoman Sara Cunningham, with the goal to bring visibility and love to the LGBTQIA+ community. Launched to provide support and “hugs” to those who may or may not receive them from loved ones, Free Mom Hugs now has over 40,000 volunteers and chapters in all 50 states and internationally in Japan.

Within the workplace, Paycom strives to support visibility and foster an environment where all employees feel a sense of belonging. Through Paycom’s initiatives, such as its 11 employee resource groups (ERGs), including its PRIDE ERG, employees can find community across the organization.
